Ayrton Senna had his greatest success while driving for McLaren. He joined the team in 1988 and despite the animosity with team mate Alain Prost they won 15 of the 16 races held that year. Prost won the F1 title from Senna in 1989 and 1983, cementing McLarens dominance of the sport. It was during the 1994 season, at the Formula 1 race at the San Marino Grand Prix that he was tragically killed in an accident, while leading the race. Shown here is a 16x20 color image of his 1991 McLaren Honda used during his championship winning year. A post card bearing his image is authentically signed by Ayrton Senna in black pen. Two informative plaques and an officially licensed, cloth Marlboro World Championship team patch completes the aesthetically pleasing collage. All components are matted using tan and gold matt, mounted on fabric and framed in the popular black slope frame to an approximate overall size of 28x24x2 inches. Ready to hang. Lifetime guarantee of Authenticity.
