Return & Damaged Policy
We must be notified of any damages or shortages within 48 hours of receipt of product in order to obtain a return authorization. Returned authorizations are processed through customer service.
Custom orders may not be returned unless we have made an error or the item or has been damaged in transit. This includes all Free engraving order requests.
You may return an item in its original condition and shipping packaging within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges) or receive a credit on a future order. Refunds are usually processed with 10-15 business days.
All Refused items are subject to a (15%) restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges.
A Return Authorization number is necessary to process all returns.
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Before you do anything, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details about your order and stating the reason for the return,
- A Customer Service representative will reply by email with a Return Authorization number and instructions on handling authorized returns.
Items that are shipped back to us without following the above policy will be refused!
Please Note: It is the customers responsibility to pay the delivery and return shipping costs.
